Hi, I personally like the colors. Orange and blue do suit Skype. It is an user-friendly idea for speaking and listening skill. The only fallback were that the fluency of English from some members weren't correct and it wasn't clear in what I've observed the usage of Skype in English 1. After all, the exposition was easy-to-understand and simple. Go Skypers!
I Think this app is an easy way to practice speaking. I have used this app and it has worked, I improved my listening skills. It also is very popular so the students will not have any problem to use it.

Skype is a daily use-everywhere-easy-app, I personally use it to be in touch with my best friend who lives in D.F. at is very simple. You can download it everywhere and use it as long as you have a plan data or wifi in every single place. Moreover is really entertaining,it is usefull when it comes about speaking because it is all what Skype is about, and let's be real: WE ALL LOVE TO SPEAK! What a great way to practice our English and also catch up with some news :)
I consider this is a great app, I used to use skype to communicate with my cousin who lives in the United States and i liked it, it was very useful. I think it is the best tool to develop our speaking and listening skills by using technology and having the opportunity to interact with native speakers and share screen shots.
I'm Carlos Moises Cervantes Batun................Well, when i was taking English 2 a teacher give us partner from Canada in order to learn English by Skype. It worked and i like it because i learned a lot but sometimes the internet did not work well. However this method and app will help students with speaking skill.
Well, I think it´s a good app to communicate with people and I see your point guys, I mean, the reason why you choose this app; however, I think you could have searched a little bit more to be innovative and creative. I´m not saying skype is a bad app for your skill, I am just saying that I believe there are thousands more that are not as common as skype nowadays. Also, skype does not work propperly when the wifi is not too good.
Hi :D I consider it is a creative way of using this app. I mean, it is normal used just for communicating and you're adapting it for practicing speaking which is really good :) it is easy to use and it is easy to download :)
I think it is an unusual way to use an application that was not made with learning as a focus of it. Skype is pretty neat for many things aside from simple communication, and even then comunnication itself is a very big tool.
Hello, guys. Skype as a technological tool for helping students with their speaking ability seems to me like a cool idea. It will be a different usage of the app since we all know its main purpose is not being an aid for the English teacher. Another aspect that is worth to mention is that considering Skype and internet connect us all over the world, students will be able to chat with native speakers and not only improve their abilities when talking but also, self-confidence. Nice adaptation to the app
